Booking terms

At Résidence Hôtel Essiéniguet, we understand that plans can change. Here are the terms that apply to your booking.

1. Flexible rate (free cancellation)

  • Free cancellation: cancel or change your booking free of charge up to one (1) day before your scheduled arrival date (before 6:00 PM, local time).
  • Refund: if cancelled within this period, any deposit or amount paid is refunded as promptly as possible.
  • Late cancellation or no-show: after this period, or in case of no-show, the cost of the first night is retained.

2. Non-refundable rate (special offer / promotion)

  • Terms: for bookings made at a promotional or "non-refundable" rate, the full stay amount is charged upon confirmation.
  • Cancellation: no refund in case of cancellation, change, or no-show.

3. Requesting a refund

If you booked directly with us and are eligible for a refund:

  1. Send your request by e-mail to infos@gemanok.com or via our WhatsApp (+225 05 06 61 54 25), mentioning your booking reference.
  2. Once your request has been validated by our team, the refund is credited back, as promptly as possible, to the payment method used when booking (bank card, transfer, or mobile money).
